This elite program is designed for those who aspire to dive deeper beyond residual volume safely, master advanced skills, and potentially step into the role of a freediving instructor.

Pre-requisites:

  • Min. age: 18 years old

  • Have completed AIDA 3 course, or AIDA3 crossover

  • Have a qualification in First Aid including CPR, passed within the last two years

  • Have a PB of min. 30m, done comfortably. (Training sessions are available to help you prepare for courses, know more)
