Suggested for:

Certified AIDA 2 divers who want to optimize their technique for deeper diving & develop their safety skills for confident and reliable buddying.

Pre-requisites:

  • Min. age: 18 years old

  • Have completed AIDA 2 course, or AIDA 2 crossover

  • Have a PB of min. 20m, done comfortably. (Training sessions are available to help you prepare for courses, know more )

  • 4 Open Water Sessions

  • 2 Confined Water Sessions

  • 5+ Hours Theory Sessions

  • Advanced Stretching

  • Course Certificate (Upon Requirements Completion)

Certificate Requirements:

  • Static: 2:45 mins

  • Dynamic: 55m

  • Depth: 24-30m

  • Depth Rescue: 10-15m
